The dress is a size 12. At the time, I wore a size 8 dress casually I sized up due to the fitted style of a fit and flare silhouette.
I loved this dress because it was elegant and fit just like a glove. It was not too tight and I could breathe comfortably. I spent the entire wedding and reception in the dress. I was able to move around easily and danced the entire night. As a fit and flare, it is tighter around the hips and thighs. It accented my figure very well and made me feel every bit like the princess on her wedding day.
The dress has an illusion neckline with some beading and lace work. I loved the small details. It really set it apart from any other dress I had tried on. The cap sleeves helped keep me cool and gave me more freedom to move. A zipper with buttons on it for appearance made it easy to put the dress on and take it off. The Keyhole back is an attractive feature and a welcomed way to help keep me cool during the outdoor wedding.
No alterations were made to the dress outside of any minor repairs to the seams when it was cleaned and preserved.
